Customers are responsible for checking all garments before collection. Cleancove cannot accept responsibility for valuables left inside clothing, including cash, jewellery, mobile phones, or keys. If valuables are discovered during processing, we will make reasonable efforts to return them.
Customers must inform Cleancove before collection if an item requires specialist care (e.g., silk, wool, hand-wash-only garments, or sentimental items). Failure to declare special care requirements may affect the cleaning outcome.
We use professional-quality cleaning products and methods. However, not every stain can be completely removed. The success of stain removal depends on factors including the age of the stain and the fabric type. For this reason, Cleancove cannot guarantee complete stain removal.

Where Cleancove is found to be responsible for a genuine service failure, we may, at our discretion:
Refunds will not normally be provided where stains could not be removed, care labels were missing, or items were already damaged before cleaning.
